XBRI signs an agreement with Stellantis in the aftermarket
XBRI has signed a partnership with Stellantis to supply tires sold under the bproauto brand, the label the carmaker uses in the aftermarket. The products have already started to appear in DPaschoal's stores and e-commerce, strengthening the brand's entry into a replacement channel with greater scale and visibility.
The bproauto by XBRI line
The bproauto by XBRI line focuses on value for money and includes passenger tires based on well-known models from the brand's portfolio, such as Premium F1 and Premium F7, in sizes between 14 and 18-inch rims. The move points to a repositioning strategy for XBRI within an operation tied to the after-sales business of a major carmaker.
Three complementary operations
The partnership also brings together three operations with complementary profiles. Stellantis has been expanding its aftermarket activity with the bproauto brand, while DPaschoal comes in as the distribution and retail channel. For XBRI, the deal helps expand its presence in the Brazilian market and gain exposure in a product range geared towards competitive prices.
A brand consolidating in Brazil
Linked to Sunset Tires, XBRI has been seeking to consolidate its brand in Brazil on different fronts. The company works with tires produced abroad and distributed in the domestic market, while trying to gain ground in channels with wider reach and in programmes tied to large groups in the automotive sector.
Ponta Grossa plant under fast-paced construction
Construction of XBRI's future factory in Ponta Grossa is already under way. At the moment, the project is moving forward with earthworks and with the signing of contracts with several suppliers, an important stage in building the industrial base and the operation's support chain.

The Ponta Grossa project was presented as a partnership between XBRI and LingLong, with a planned investment in the billions, a capacity of around 15 million tires a year and production projected to start in 2027. The area was designed not only for the main factory but also to host satellite companies, which helps explain why site preparation and supplier negotiations are advancing at the same time.
